Grand Tour de la Côte d’Ivoire 14 jours /13 Nuitées

 Day 1 : Arrival in Abidjan

Reception at Airport. Transfer to the hotel. Night at Golf hotel or similar.

Day 2 : Abidjan - Abengourou

 Breakfast at the hotel, departure from Abidjan to Abengourou, the Djuablin Kingdom. Stop at Aniansué to attend a performance of the Komians dance. Continuation to visit the Royal Palace of Agnis and the Museum of Royal Attributes. Dinner and Overnight in Abengourou at the Kingdom hotel or similar.

Day 3 : Abengourou - Yamoussoukro

After Breakfast, direction Yamoussoukro located 230 km from Abidjan. Administrative capital of the country, Yamoussoukro is a city with a sumptuous panorama wide roads. Arrival, and visit of the Basilica of Our Lady of Peace, the largest Basilica in the world, and similar of Saint Pierre in Rome Basilica. Visit of the Sacred Crocodile Lake.

Afternoon, excursion to Bouaflé to attend a Zaouli dance for Gouro people. Return to Yamoussoukro. Dinner and Overnight at Hotel Villa des Hosts II or similar.

Day 4: Yamoussoukro – Korhogo

Early in the morning, transfer to Kondéyaokro, village of traditional weavers to attend a Goly dance of the Baoulé people. Then, continuation Korhogo, the city of the poro, among the Senufo people. Visit the poultry market and the women who make shea butter. Visit of the Sacrificial Rock of Mount Sienlow. Overnight a the Chigata hotel in Korhogo or similar.

Day 5 : excursion to Kong

Early in the morning, excursion to Kong to visit its century-old mosque with Sudanese architecture. Return to Korhogo to attend the Boloye dance (Panthère dance). Diner and Overnight in Korhogo.

Day 6 : Korhogo

After breakfast at the hotel, city tour of the city of Poro, then visit of the Sénoufo blacksmiths. Craftsmen and Weavers. Afternoon, Balafon dance. Dinner and Overnight in Korhogo.

 Day 7 : Korhogo - Boundiali

Departure from Korhogo towards Boundiali. Stop at Niofoin to visit the fetish huts. Meeting with, the manufacturer of Balafons. Return to Boundiali to Sunset performance of N'Goro, the Dance of Fire. Overnight at the Paysan hotel in Boundiali or similar.

Day 8 : Boundiali – Odienné - Man

Early morning visit to the village of the Fulani and the brotherhood of Dozo (traditional hunters). Continue to Godofouma to watch the dance of the stilts. Dinner and Overnight in Man « Hotel de beau séjour » or similar.

Day 9 : Man

Breakfast. Morning : Departure to attend traditional dances.

- Guéré mask dance of the Wê people

- Performance by child jugglers

- Visit the Bridge of Lianas

Return to the hotel for some time.

Afternoon : Trek through the streets of Man for photos. Visit the sacred forest with its population of sacred monkeys. Visit of the natural waterfalls

Dinner and Overnight at the Hotel Beau séjour.

Day 10 : Man – San Pedro

Transfer from Man to San Pedro. Free day. Dinner and Overnight at the Hôtel by the sea.

Day 11 : San Pedro – Soubré

Transfer to Soubré in the South West of the country. Region renowned for its cocoa production, nicknamed the new cocoa loop. Soubré is part of the Nawa region.

- Visit of cocoa plantation and agricultural cooperative.

- Discovery of the Cocoa cultivation procedure (from cultivation to storage)

- Visit the Nawa River Falls, a place of traditional worship.

Overnight at the Hôtel.

Day 12: Soubré – Grand Bassam

After breakfast, departure for Grand Bassam, seaside resort and colonial city and first capital of the Ivory Coast. Stop to visit of craft center of the city of Abidjan (CAVA). Continuation, Lunch at the beach then, we devote a moment for photography in the colonial district of Grand Bassam. Dinner and Overnight at the Boblin la Mer hotel.

Day 13 : Grand Bassam

Breakfast at the hotel. Discovery and photography in fishermen and in the streets with visit to : craft center ; costume museum ; art vendors.

Breakfast. Afternoon, visit of the fishing village and the fish smokers.

Dinner and Overnight at the Boblin la Mer hotel or similar hotel.

Colonial house in the French district of Grand Bassam

Day 14 : Departure

Breakfast. Free day. In the evening, transfer to Félix Houphouët Boigny airport in Abidjan, according to flight Schedule.
